Need a registered office address?
With Registered Office, your business name goes on our door and our front desk acts as your reception. We accept your mail and cheques and notify you as soon as they arrive. If a visitor asks for your business, we politely direct them to the phone number or email you provide.

Prices are per month, but you pay for your whole term up front: 3 months is the minimum, then 6 or 12. A longer term lowers the monthly rate.

Price per month, plus 5% GST. You pay for your whole term up front: 3 months is the minimum, then 6 or 12. A dash means that term is not offered for that plan. 12-month terms include free setup and 2 free scans a month.
Setup is a one-time $9.95 on 3 and 6-month terms. It is free on 12-month terms, and on Starter and Business Pro. Mailbox key deposit: $25 per key, refundable.
How it works
- Choose your plan and see your total.
- Check your government photo ID online with a secure ID-check service. ID from any province or country is fine. Nothing opens in your name until it is checked.
- Sign the rental agreement, then pay. Your rent is prepaid for your term.
- Start using your Calgary business address.

Can I register my business at your address?
Many of our clients do, and our Business Address and Business Pro plans are built for it.
Do I pay every month?
No. You pay for your whole term up front, not month by month. 3 months is the minimum, then 6 or 12 months. We show the price per month so you can compare plans, and a longer term lowers it. For example, Business Address on a 12-month term is $33 a month, so you pay $396 plus GST once. When your term ends it renews for a like term unless you give us 30 days' notice.
Can I use my mailbox address on my ID?
Many of our clients do, for their ID, banking and bills. You choose how it is written: Unit 123, Suite 123 or Apt 123, followed by 918 16 Ave NW, Calgary, AB T2M 0K3, with your own box number in place of 123.
